Registered Care Home Manager
Paula is the Home Manager of Montague House and brings a wealth of expertise to her role, with extensive experience as both a nurse and in leadership positions within the care sector. Her dedication to delivering exceptional care and fostering a nurturing environment is at the heart of her work. Paula holds a degree in Adult Health Nursing from Edinburgh Napier University and is also a proud Military Veteran, having served in the Princess Mary's Royal Air Force Nursing Service. Her commitment to excellence has earned her significant recognition in the industry; she was shortlisted in the Front Line Leader category at the Great British Care Awards in 2019 and was further acknowledged in the Registered Manager category at the same prestigious awards in 2020.
With her blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep passion for person-centred care, Paula ensures that Montague House provides a warm, supportive, and high-quality environment for both residents and staff.

Customer Relations Manager
Laura Smith-Hall is the Customer Relations Manager at Montague House. Laura holds over 15 years’ experience in sales, and 4 years within the care sector.Originally trained in photography, worked around the world, from cruise ships out of Texas to restaurants in Sydney.
She loves to support people and make a positive difference for others and is committed to helping residents and their families throughout their care journey. Outside of work Laura travels as much as she can, is a Stephen King fan, and currently undertaking a degree in Environmental Science.
