Our home is made up of four small, welcoming communities — Kilmardinny, Clobber, Ben Lomond and Ben Nevis — each supporting up to 12 residents. This structure allows us to offer a close-knit, personalised environment where everyone feels truly at home.

Our landscaped gardens come with a putting green and raised flower beds for all to enjoy. For our green-fingered residents who love to garden, we have a communal greenhouse, where a variety of crops, fruit and vegetables are grown throughout the year.

At Milngavie Manor we are proud of our beautiful Wellbeing Salon, where we offer different pampering experiences and treatments. We provide hairdressing services, manicures and pedicures and relaxation.

Our Milngavie care home offers a homely dining experience for residents who wish to indulge their taste-buds. Enjoy a light bite to eat with loved ones in our spacious dining rooms or socialise with friends overlooking our lawn and beautiful flower beds.

With an in-house private dining suite, it is easier than ever for residents to host their own dinner or tea party. Our kitchen team can prepare everything in advance for you, as well as deliver a menu of your choice. We welcome relatives to come and dine with us whenever they like. Whether in one of our dining rooms or in our private dining suite, for a small extra charge you can dine with us whenever suits you.

Within Milngavie Manor we offer a versatile environment with lots of peaceful areas to spend time. Take a seat in our cosy lounges and enjoy a cappuccino or a chilled glass of wine with new friends.

Milngavie Manor's cinema is a popular destination for our resident film-lovers, who often put in requests for classic favourites.

My mum has lived at Milngavie Manor for over four years. Throughout she has been thoughtfully looked after. All staff are pleasant and kind, patient and with an essential sense of humour. As a family, we are glad and grateful to have our mum so well cared for.

My aunt has been a resident of Milngavie Manor for the past 5 months. All staff are extremely professional, attentive and appear highly skilled. The public areas are well furnished and there is a high level of cleanliness noticeable throughout. Residents bedrooms are warm, well decorated and personalised. The en-suite bathrooms are kept spotlessly clean. Food appears to be nutritious, varied and plentiful.

In my opinion the staff and management really do get to know their clients. They communicate regularly with me about my aunt's care and I feel that they listen to any concerns that I may have and act quickly to reassure me.

As my aunt has advanced dementia she can get very agitated and anxious at times. During such times I have witnessed how the care staff show patience in calming, reassuring and redirecting her. It is a great comfort to me to know that my aunt is treated with respect and dignity and is well cared for. I can’t recommend Milngavie Manor highly enough.

Our mother went into Milngavie Manor with dementia at the beginning of the Covid outbreak. We therefore could not inspect the home ourselves but had a good feeling about it from talking to staff and looking from the outside. All our hopes have been fulfilled, our mother is happy, relaxed and well cared for. We can visit her regularly now and always come away feeling reassured.
